CYBERGUN: Number of Shares and Voting Rights as of May 31, 2025

CYBERGUN has published its share capital data as of May 31, 2025. The total number of shares in the company is 11,258,516,704, with an identical number of theoretical and exercisable voting rights of 11,268,453,980. This information is in accordance with Article 223-16 of the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority.

Since January 2024, CYBERGUN has issued new shares every month under its ORABSA program. Notably, in March 2025, 2,173,552,374 shares were issued, followed by 861,343,309 in April and 1,004,177,223 in May.
