CYBERGUN: Voting rights and share capital as of February 28, 2025

On March 14, 2025, CYBERGUN released an update on the total number of voting rights and shares comprising its share capital. According to the published data, as of February 28, 2025, the company had 7,219,443,798 shares and a theoretical number of voting rights of 7,229,377,069, all of which were fully exercisable. No new share issues have taken place since the beginning of 2025.

CYBERGUN also reiterated the terms of its ongoing financing, including one based on ORA-BSA and another on ORNAN with YA II PN. The shares resulting from these transactions may be quickly sold, potentially exerting downward pressure on the share price. Such a situation could result in losses for shareholders as well as significant dilution of their stakes.
