Update of CYBERGUN voting rights and shares
On May 16, 2025, CYBERGUN published an update regarding the total number of voting rights and shares constituting its share capital. According to the General Regulations of the Financial Markets Authority, as of April 30, 2025, the number of shares stands at 10,254,339,481 with a total of 10,264,276,757 theoretical and exercisable voting rights.
Since the beginning of the year, CYBERGUN has issued new shares through its ORABSA program. In March 2025, 2,173,552,374 shares were issued, followed by 861,343,309 in April 2025. The impact of these issuances may result in potential dilution for shareholders.
Ongoing financings may put downward pressure on the share price. Investors should be cautious about these dilutive and successive financial transactions.
