Dalata Hotel Group Receives EU Clearance for Acquisition
Dalata Hotel Group PLC has announced receiving the European Commission's clearance for its acquisition by Pandox Ireland Tuck Limited, a company wholly owned by Pandox AB and Eiendomsspar AS. This development satisfies Condition 3.2 of the acquisition scheme, which is structured as a scheme of arrangement under the Companies Act 2014.
The proposal received approval from Dalata shareholders during meetings on 11 September 2025. The High Court of Ireland is set to sanction the scheme with a hearing scheduled for 29 October 2025. Stakeholders interested in the court proceedings must inform A&L Goodbody LLP by 23 October 2025.
