Goldman Sachs Increases Stake in Dalata Hotel Group

Dalata Hotel Group PLC has reported a significant change in its shareholding structure. The Goldman Sachs Group, Inc. has increased its voting rights, crossing the 10% threshold in the process. This shift was effective from October 31, 2025, and notification was issued on November 4, 2025.

Goldman Sachs' total voting rights now stand at 11.34%, comprising 1.87% from direct shareholding and 9.47% through financial instruments. Previously, Goldman Sachs held 9.91% of total voting rights. This change was facilitated through swaps and securities lending transactions across various expiration dates.

Such stake adjustments reflect the firm's strategic moves within the hotel industry, positioning itself as a notable shareholder in Dalata, Ireland's largest hotel operator.
