Damartex: Results for the 2024/2025 financial year

Damartex ended the 2024/2025 financial year with revenue of €521.2 million, marking a stabilization after three years of decline. Operating EBITDA increased by 28.8% to €15.8 million, indicating improved cost control despite a challenging economic environment. Net income reached -€17.7 million, a significant improvement compared to the previous year, although still affected by financing costs.

In the Fashion division, revenue declined slightly by 1.7%, while Xandres recorded growth of 5.7%. The Home & Lifestyle division saw a 3.5% increase in sales, despite negative EBITDA. The Healthcare division saw revenue increase by 1.6%, although EBITDA fell to €4.2 million.

In light of its "DARE.ACT.IMPACT 2026" strategy, Damartex is continuing its efforts towards profitability and innovation while reducing its carbon footprint.
