Amendment to the agenda for the DANAE GROUP General Meeting
On April 9, 2025, ENTREPRENDRE, an affiliate of DANAE GROUP, announced a change to the agenda for its General Meeting on April 24, 2025. Initially, the agenda included the resignation of Mr. Alexandre Aidoudi and the appointment of Ms. Marie-Thérèse Brechant. The Board of Directors is now also proposing the appointment of Mr. David Oudjani as its fourth director.
Marie-Thérèse Brechant brings expertise in finance and governance. Within MB Expertise, she has experience in market finance. David Oudjani, an expert in publishing and press, brings strategic and editorial insight. Their appointments aim to strengthen the company's governance.
