Danone Announces Leadership Restructure Amid Renew Strategy
Danone has announced an update to its leadership structure as part of its ongoing Renew transformation strategy. The company will now operate through three geographic divisions: EMEA, Asia Pacific, and Americas. This change aims to enhance Danone's agility and market impact. Effective January 1, 2026, Pablo Perversi will be President of EMEA, Bruno Chevot will take on the role for APAC, and Henri Bruxelles will lead the Americas. These leaders will report to Véronique Penchienati-Bosetta, Group Deputy CEO.
Christian Stammkoetter, the current President of Asia, Africa, and the Middle East, will leave Danone at year-end after 19 years. Henri Bruxelles will maintain his responsibilities with joint ventures and partners. Additionally, Laurent Sacchi will lead sustainability efforts to support Danone's health mission through social impact.
