DATAGROUP SE Backs KKR's Acquisition Offer
The Management and Supervisory Boards of DATAGROUP SE have endorsed KKR's public acquisition offer, recommending shareholders to accept it. This move aims to solidify a future partnership between DATAGROUP's majority shareholder, HHS, and KKR.
On May 9, 2025, Dante Beteiligungen SE, linked to Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co, published their purchase offer. The boards consider the offer fair and in the best interests of stakeholders including shareholders, employees, and customers.
HHS and KKR plan to undertake an equal partnership, each holding a 50% stake in Dante Beteiligungen SE, ensuring joint control of DATAGROUP SE. Following offer acceptance, DATAGROUP shares will be delisted from the open market, simplifying corporate operations under German jurisdiction.
