Laura Schröder Joins DATAGROUP's Supervisory Board
DATAGROUP SE has announced the appointment of Laura Schröder to its Supervisory Board, effective immediately. Schröder, currently a Managing Director at investment firm KKR, replaces Manfred Boschatzke who stepped down on November 29, 2025. Her extensive experience in the IT services sector, notably in Germany, enhances the board's expertise. Schröder has been with KKR since 2021 and has a background with Advent International and 3i Group. She holds a Master's in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen.
KKR, a strategic partner of DATAGROUP since November 2025, through its investment supports the IT company's growth and leadership in secure IT services. DATAGROUP employs around 3,700 people across Germany, offering comprehensive IT solutions and pursuing an active acquisition strategy to bolster its market position.
