DAVIGO AG has acquired a stake in Somatric GmbH, a Munich-based technology company, marking its second private equity investment. This move diversifies DAVIGO's portfolio with a company focused on biometric measurement and data analysis. The investment highlights a strategic shift for shareholders towards unlisted growth opportunities beyond traditional stock markets.

Somatric is developing a platform for collecting real-time human data, which could lead to new intelligent applications. Although operating in "stealth mode," the company's potential is underscored by recent recognition from the Entrepreneurial Life Science Accelerator.

This investment is the first selected using DAVIGO's digital investment technology, GOLIATH, showcasing a rule-based approach to evaluate unlisted companies. Additional investment opportunities are under review, providing further avenues for portfolio expansion.
