DBT's R3 accelerates its expansion in France
DBT subsidiary R3 has signed a contract with a major French retailer. This partnership will expand its network to 120 locations by the end of 2025. It is targeting 10 new monthly charging hubs by 2026, strengthening its business model.
In a market where only 7% of charging stations are publicly accessible, R3 is targeting strategic locations such as supermarkets to improve access to charging. With an availability rate of over 99% and a cost of €0.55 per kWh, R3 already has 100 active sites.
The development of R3 is supported by financing from Banque des Territoires and Amundi Transition Energétique. DBT is financing 20% of this project through its OCEANE 2025 program and a €750,000 loan obtained in August 2025.
