JP Morgan reaches new thresholds at DBV Technologies
On February 2, 2026, JP Morgan Chase & Co. reported that it had crossed below the 10% threshold of both share capital and voting rights in DBV Technologies. The company now indirectly holds 9.95% of DBV's shares and voting rights, representing 23,441,443 shares. This decrease resulted from a reduction in the number of shares held by incorporation. The shares are distributed among JP Morgan Securities LLC, JP Morgan Securities plc, and JP Morgan Prime Inc.
JP Morgan's positions include shares held through third-party share contracts and depositary receipts, allowing for flexible use of the shares. In addition, equity swap contracts exercisable at future dates complement these holdings.
