Threshold crossings at DBV Technologies
On January 8, 2026, DBV Technologies announced, via letter from the Caisse des Dépôts et Consignations (CDC), that it had crossed a lower threshold. As of January 5, 2026, the CDC, indirectly through Bpifrance Participations and Bpifrance Investissement, declared that it held 10,898,595 shares representing 4.69% of DBV Technologies' share capital and voting rights.
This threshold crossing results from an increase in the total number of shares and voting rights of the company. The share distribution is as follows: Bpifrance Participations holds 4.60% of the capital, while the Innobio fund, managed by Bpifrance Investissement, holds 0.10%.
This situation shows a decrease in the share held by the CDC, caused by the structural evolution of DBV Technologies' capital.
