Threshold crossings: JP Morgan Chase & Co. and DBV Technologies

JP Morgan Chase & Co. announced that it crossed the 10% threshold of both share capital and voting rights in DBV Technologies on August 7, 2026. At that time, the company held 11.15% through its subsidiaries, primarily JP Morgan Securities LLC. This increase resulted from the acquisition of shares by way of shareholder incorporation.

A few days later, on August 10, a downward move was reported. JP Morgan, again through its subsidiaries, now holds 8.67% of the share capital. This change is due to a decrease in shares held by fungibility.

JP Morgan clarified that there was no intention to take control or change the structure of the company, while assuring that no particular strategy was being considered towards DBV Technologies.
