DEAG Completes Acquisition of Wizard Live Minority Shares

DEAG Deutsche Entertainment AG has fully acquired Wizard Live GmbH by increasing its stake from 75.1% to 100%. The company purchased the remaining shares from founders Ossy and Oliver Hoppe. The transaction includes a cash component and shares issued as part of a capital contribution, though the exact purchase price remains undisclosed. Following the acquisition, Ossy and Oliver Hoppe will become DEAG shareholders.

Oliver Hoppe will continue as Managing Director of Wizard and contribute to DEAG’s growth as Executive Vice President of Live Entertainment. DEAG aims to leverage this acquisition to strengthen its market position in live entertainment.

Wizard Live, established in 2004, is a prominent concert and tour promoter in Germany, having organized events for major artists. DEAG's full acquisition aims to enhance synergies in live entertainment and ticketing.
