Deezer, listed on Paris Euronext under the ticker DEEZR, released its latest figures on share capital and voting rights. As of February 28, 2025, the total number of shares in the capital stands at 123,633,344. The theoretical number of voting rights amounts to 194,942,377, with 194,784,067 of them being exercisable. These figures exclude A2 and A3 preferred shares, which do not possess voting rights, and account for treasury shares held at the market’s closure on the stated date.
