Delivery Hero Maintains 2025 Forecast Following Strong Q1 Performance

Delivery Hero reported positive Q1 2025 results, confirming its full-year guidance. The company recorded a Group Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) of €12.4 billion, a 9% year-over-year increase on a like-for-like basis. Revenue grew by 22% to €3.5 billion, putting the company on track to meet its 2025 goals.

For FY 2024, GMV rose by 8% to €48.8 billion, with a significant 22% increase in total segment revenue. Adjusted EBITDA surged by 173% to €693 million, marking its first year with positive Free Cash Flow, achieving €99 million.

In Q1 2025, Delivery Hero made strides in technology, rolling out robotic and drone deliveries in Sweden and South Korea. The company continues to optimize operations through a unified tech platform and AI, improving logistics and customer experiences.
