Warren Jenson Joins Delivery Hero's Supervisory Board

Delivery Hero SE has announced the appointment of Warren Jenson to its Supervisory Board as Deputy Chair, effective September 23, 2025. Jenson, a US citizen, brings a wealth of experience from notable roles in companies such as Delta Air Lines Inc., Amazon.com, Inc., and Electronic Arts, Inc. His latest position was as President and Chief Financial Officer at Nielsen Holding Plc.

Jenson replaces departing Deputy Chair, Roger Rabalais, who steps down following the sale of Naspers Group's stake in Delivery Hero. Jenson's term will run until the end of the 2026 Annual General Meeting. CEO Niklas Östberg highlighted Jenson’s experience in major US companies as pivotal for the company's focus on growth and profitability.

The Chair of the Supervisory Board, Kristin Skogen Lund, expressed confidence in Jenson's ability to contribute to Delivery Hero's next phase of growth and innovation. Meanwhile, Östberg extended gratitude to Rabalais for his valuable contributions since 2024.
