Delticom AG Halts Share Buyback Program for AGM 2025
Delticom AG has announced the suspension of its share buyback program in connection with the upcoming Annual General Meeting 2025. Initially disclosed in an ad hoc announcement on March 3, 2025, the program was set to acquire treasury shares from March 4 to July 5, 2025.
The company had already highlighted the possibility of suspending the buyback at any point. Consequently, no shares will be repurchased between May 26 and May 28, 2025. This decision follows the publication of the convocation for the Annual General Meeting.
The credit institution involved, acting on behalf of Delticom AG, will refrain from purchasing shares during the specified period. Delticom AG, a leading supplier of online tires and wheels in Europe, remains committed to its operational and strategic goals.
