Derichebourg updates its universal registration document

Derichebourg SA has announced the filing of an amendment to its Universal Registration Document, incorporating the acquisition of Scholz Recycling. This strategic transaction is in line with its continued growth, as evidenced by a 13.3% increase in revenue for the first nine months of the fiscal year, reaching €2.86 billion. The company forecasts current EBITDA for 2026 exceeding €350 million.

The acquisition of Scholz, valued for its European recycling network, strengthens Derichebourg's presence in new markets. Scholz is projected to generate €1.6 billion in revenue in 2025. The merger enhances production capacity and access to new technologies. Furthermore, it consolidates Derichebourg's position in the recycling sector, with an anticipated positive impact on its earnings per share.
