Deutsche Börse AG Announces €500 Million Share Buyback in 2026

This decision is part of the "Leading the Transformation" strategy which aims to enhance capital distribution alongside dividends. The move reflects the company's anticipated growth and expected increase in operating leverage.

The Executive Board has approved a specific share buyback program amounting to €500 million for the year 2026. The buybacks will be implemented following the authorization secured during the Annual General Meeting on May 14, 2024. Shares repurchased under this program are intended for cancellation in accordance with the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
