Dexus Finance Pty Limited has issued an update regarding the ongoing APAC legal matter. The NSW Court of Appeal has rescheduled the hearings initially set for 20 October 2026. The Appeals involve the Rest Infrastructure Trust and Dexus Bloc. Additionally, any appeals concerning the NSW Supreme Court's decisions on costs and indemnities for APAC and non-Dexus Bloc shareholders might be reviewed alongside the current Appeals.
The hearings on claims for costs and indemnity are now rescheduled for 21 and 22 October 2026, altering the previously planned session on 9 September 2026. Dexus is committed to providing further updates as required.
