Dexus Finance Updates on APAC Legal Proceedings

Dexus Finance Pty Limited (ASX: DXS) has provided an update regarding the ongoing APAC matter. The company's recent announcements outline developments involving appeals by the Rest Infrastructure Trust and the Dexus Bloc. These appeals were presented in court for directions and are scheduled for a three-day hearing starting on October 20, 2026.

APAC has filed a Notice of Cross-Appeal against the Dexus Bloc Appeal, claiming that the Default Notice is valid for certain shareholders. Similar filings were made in the REST Appeal, asserting the Notice's validity against other Dexus Bloc members. Additionally, several entities have submitted Notices of Contention, aiming to uphold the Supreme Court of NSW's decision on different grounds.
