DMS Group receives €4 million in financing from the EIB

DMS Group, a specialist in medical imaging, has secured €4 million in financing from the European Investment Bank (EIB). This funding marks the first disbursement of a total €20 million line of credit, supported by the European Union under the InvestEU program.

This financial support aims to accelerate the development of new medical imaging solutions, strengthen the industrial capabilities of the Gallargues-le-Montueux site, and facilitate market access. The investment program will focus primarily on the French market.

The financing, with a six-year maturity, will be accompanied by the issuance of 1,205,838 share subscription warrants (BSAs) to the EIB. These funds will support innovation in technologies such as artificial intelligence for medical image analysis.
