DMS Group Secures €6.9 Million Investment for European Expansion
DMS Group, an emerging player in the European medical imaging sector, announced a strategic alliance and capital increase of €6.9 million. Collaborating with Asian technology giants Innolux and Innocare, along with French investors Bpifrance and NextStage AM, DMS aims to enhance its technological capabilities and market presence.
This partnership, finalized on August 15, 2025, grants DMS access to advanced technologies crafted by InnoCare Optoelectronics Corporation. The alliance promotes innovation and cost-effective solutions, while also fortifying its value chain with European technological sovereignty in mind.
The capital injection will support DMS's "Imaging 2027" plan and spur industrial advances by 2030. Besides industrial growth, this move bolsters DMS's market credibility and institutional backing.
