Diginex Limited Acquires The Remedy Project to Enhance Supply Chain Compliance

Diginex Limited, a leader in Sustainability RegTech solutions, has announced the acquisition of The Remedy Project, a Hong Kong-based organization specializing in labor and human rights within global supply chains. This move strengthens Diginex's offerings in ESG compliance and supply chain due diligence.

The acquisition follows a non-binding memorandum signed in November 2025. The Remedy Project brings expertise in human rights due diligence and grievance mechanisms, reinforcing Diginex's AI-powered tools like diginexAPPRISE. This synergy aims to meet the rising regulatory demands for verifiable remediation processes in supply chains.

Archana Kotecha, CEO of The Remedy Project, will join Diginex to focus on global corporate and governmental partnerships. Miles Pelham, Chairman of Diginex, highlighted the unique position this merger creates to address the entire lifecycle of human rights due diligence.
