ESPG Signs New Tenant at Ulm Science Park

European Science Park Group (ESPG), a real estate company focused on science parks, has secured a new long-term anchor tenant in Ulm. The tenant, from the medical sector, will occupy about 3,300 square meters starting March 2026, with an option for an additional 1,000 square meters.

This agreement continues ESPG's successful leasing strategy following Nokia's previous tenancy. The new tenant will benefit from tailored space adjustments by ESPG to suit their needs. Ralf Nöcker from ESPG highlights their commitment to providing ideal conditions for tenants in life sciences, green tech, and digital fields.

The Ulm property, part of the research cluster "Science City 7/1," is near Ulm University, offering modern facilities. Markus Drews of ESPG notes the importance of this seamless transition and the active pursuit of further tenants.
