Marco Lüder Appointed Head of Asset & Portfolio Management at ESPG AG

European Science Park Group (ESPG), a real estate firm focused on science parks, has named Marco Lüder as Managing Director & Head of Asset & Portfolio Management. Lüder, with extensive experience in managing large commercial real estate portfolios, will lead ESPG's division and support the development of its science park properties.

Previously, Lüder managed a portfolio exceeding EUR 1 billion at NAS Real Estate. He joins ESPG's leadership alongside CEO Dr Ralf Nöcker and Finance Director Christian Fendel. Lüder aims to leverage his expertise to enhance ESPG's portfolio management strategies.

Dr Ralf Nöcker highlighted Lüder’s role in strengthening ESPG’s science parks and maintaining tailored environments for tenants. This appointment is part of a larger strategy to bolster ESPG's position in the science park segment.
