DKSH Expands Personal Care Business with Gale & Cosm Acquisition

DKSH Management Ltd. has officially acquired Gale & Cosm, a distributor of specialty chemicals for the personal care industry based in Italy. This strategic acquisition significantly boosts DKSH Performance Materials’ presence in Italy, enhancing their formulation and laboratory capabilities within the personal care sector.

Founded in 2000, Gale & Cosm supplies raw materials across Italy, Europe, and Asia. Their product portfolio complements DKSH's offerings, creating new cross-selling opportunities. The acquisition includes Gale & Cosm's entire business and the integration of its 11 team members.

Alfredo Radice, founder of Gale & Cosm, expressed that joining DKSH marks a natural progression for the business. Natale Capri of DKSH highlighted the added expertise and market reach Gale & Cosm brings to DKSH’s European operations.
