DKSH has announced its acquisition of Biomedic Science Material Joint Stock Company, a leader in distributing biotechnology and diagnostic market equipment in Vietnam. This strategic move enhances DKSH Technology’s footprint in scientific solutions, aligning with its goal to be a top provider in Asia.

Founded in 2008 and based in Hanoi, Biomedic generates CHF 12 million in annual net sales. The company is renowned for serving esteemed hospitals and testing centers across Vietnam, leveraging strong ties with global biotechnology firms. Biomedic's revenue model is centered around recurring consumables.

The acquisition, anticipated to close in Q1 2026, is backed by mutual growth opportunities. Both DKSH and Biomedic expect to leverage their strengths and expand their market presence in Vietnam's healthcare sector.
