DocMorris AG Announces Changes to Its Board of Directors

On 3 March 2026, DocMorris AG announced upcoming changes to its Board of Directors. Three current members, Prof. Stefan Feuerstein, Dr Christian Mielsch and Rongrong Hu, will not stand for re-election at the next Annual General Meeting on 12 May 2026. These members have been instrumental in the company's strategic evolution. Feuerstein, who has played a significant role in strategic development, and Mielsch, who provided financial expertise, are stepping down to focus on personal commitments. Hu is departing due to new professional obligations.

To ensure a continued blend of industry knowledge and governance experience, the Board proposes Thomas Bucher, Dr Thomas Reutter, and Nicole Formica-Schiller as replacements.
