Reorganization at DON'T NOD to strengthen its competitiveness

DON'T NOD, a video game studio and publisher, has validated a collective agreement for its reorganization project initiated following degraded financial results. The agreement, including a Job Protection Plan and a Voluntary Departure Plan, aims to streamline operations in France, focusing efforts on high value-added projects.

This plan includes a resizing of teams, which could lead to 58 redundancies after voluntary departures. DON'T NOD aims to reduce costs by €5 million annually, while limiting reorganization costs to €2.6 million.

The studio is moving towards a new organization, optimizing project management and securing funding. This is done by strengthening the role of the editorial board and external collaborations. This strategy is designed to preserve its narrative identity while adapting to the competitive market.
