On June 30, 2026, DRONE VOLT held an Extraordinary General Meeting at its headquarters in Villepinte. All resolutions submitted to the vote were approved by the shareholders. Detailed voting results are available in the appendix to this press release and on the company's website.
In accordance with the legislation, all documents relating to this meeting were made available to shareholders within the legal time limits, at the head office and on the DRONE VOLT website.
