DRONE VOLT Secures €6 Million Bond Financing
DRONE VOLT, a specialist in professional civilian drones, announces a €6 million bond financing with MULTI STRATEGIES SICAV-RAIF. This support aims to bolster its growth. An initial tranche of €300,000 has already been subscribed. This financing addresses increased demand for its high-margin services, with a projected 26% growth for the first nine months of 2026.
Marc Courcelle, CEO, expressed his satisfaction with the agreement. He asserted that this approach strengthens the operating cycle in response to growing demand. The bond issuance will run until October 2027, with an annual interest rate of 8%.
In the event of default, a capital increase could be implemented, impacting shareholder participation and equity per share.
