Hudson Expands Presence at Omaha's Eppley Airfield

Avolta AG, through its subsidiary Hudson, has signed a contract with the Omaha Airport Authority to significantly increase its operations at Omaha Eppley Airfield (OMA) in the U.S. Starting in 2027, Hudson will open nine new retail and dining outlets covering nearly 1,300 m2 in the airport’s new terminal.

The expansion will include Starbucks, three Hudson stores, and an iPorte store featuring prominent tech brands. Locally inspired outlets, such as Uniquely Omaha, 50th Street Market, Blackstone Supply, and Pitch Pizzeria, will highlight Omaha’s culture. These venues will blend local design elements and host community events.

Hudson’s current presence includes four convenience stores and a bookstore. The new development will involve collaboration with local partners like Kracky McGee’s Snack Shack and Rubio Enterprises.
