95 Accounting Professionals Complete Training and Enter German Job Market

In April 2026, DWW Akademie celebrated the successful completion of a specialized vocational program by 95 accounting professionals. The event, held in Münster, Germany, marked the graduation of individuals trained in "Lohn-, Finanz- und Bilanzbuchhalter:in mit DATEV und KI". Graduates from diverse countries, including Ukraine and Russia, participated in the ceremony.

Since January, a total of 142 professionals have been trained. Among the recent graduates, 12 found employment before finishing their studies. The rest are either seeking jobs or engaged in internships. The program aims to equip specialists with the necessary skills to enter the German workforce confidently.

Germany faces a shortage of accounting professionals. Over 6,000 positions were open as of April 2026. Programs like DWW Akademie's offer pathways to certification and employment, assisting international specialists in integrating into the German job market.
