Composition of E-PANGO's capital as of March 31, 2026

E-PANGO, a specialist in supplying energy to businesses and communities, has revealed the composition of its capital as of March 31, 2026. The company holds a total of 42,980,707 shares, corresponding to 46,370,375 voting rights.

The shareholding structure is primarily as follows: the public holds the majority with 92.50% of the shares and 86.79% of the voting rights. Next are institutional shareholders such as SAS ENUEVO (2.83% of the shares, 5.25% of the voting rights) and SAS PICOTY (2.33% of the shares, 4.31% of the voting rights). Philippe Girard owns 1.97% of the shares and 3.65% of the voting rights.
