Eagle Plains' Partner Sun Summit Initiates Exploration at Theory Project

On August 21, 2025, Eagle Plains Resources Ltd. announced that its partner, Sun Summit Minerals Corp., has started fieldwork at the Theory Project in British Columbia's Toodoggone Mining District. The exploration aims to identify drill targets through prospecting, mapping, geochemical sampling, and remote sensing. This follows a 2024 airborne geophysical survey. Eagle Plains owns 100% of the property, spanning 9,676 hectares, which is geologically rich with potential for gold and copper discoveries.

The property, accessible via the Omineca Resource Road, has a historical background of mineralization and is adjacent to successful projects like Thesis Gold's Ranch Project. Exploration will be operated by TerraLogic Exploration, focusing on areas previously highlighted for their mineral potential. The overall budget is set to exceed $200,000 to meet exploration requirements.

While historical data has been encouraging, management notes these results have not been verified by current standards, yet they guide ongoing exploration efforts. The partnership with Sun Summit is part of Eagle Plains' strategy to advance their portfolio through collaborative development.
