EAMD Partners with Ukrainian Firm for Dual-Use Drones

EAMD European AeroMarine Drones AG, a Berlin-based investment company, has announced a collaboration with a Ukrainian partner. This cooperation focuses on developing and optimizing dual-use drones, offering both civil and military applications. EAMD will design a modular and cost-effective drone system, while the Ukrainian partner, experienced in drone and aircraft construction, will focus on military optimization, electronic control, navigation, and flight tests.

The cooperation agreement signifies a strategic move towards leveraging expertise in electronic flight controllers and UAV platforms. The first prototype is set to fly by summer 2026, with production starting in Ukraine. A capital increase, approved on November 12, 2025, aims to finance this initiative, with shares offered through a private placement.
