Bank of America Increases Stake in EasyJet
Bank of America Corporation has increased its holdings in UK-based EasyJet PLC. The acquisition of financial instruments led to crossing a threshold on December 6, 2024. EasyJet was notified on December 9, 2024, about the updated stake.
The resulting total of voting rights held by Bank of America now stands at 9.996573%, a significant increase from the previous 8.809879%. This encompasses 1.241788% from voting rights attached to shares and 8.754785% from financial instruments.
The changes reflect an incremental accumulation of voting rights through "Right to Recall," "Physical Option," and various swaps. The largest contributions to this are swaps maturing between December 2024 and March 2025. The most substantial swap is set to expire on March 28, 2025.
