ECONOCOM GROUP CARRIES OUT A SHARE BUYBACK
On August 24, 2026, Econocom Group SE carried out a share buyback under the authorizations given by the Extraordinary General Meeting of March 31, 2026. In total, 125,000 shares were acquired on the stock exchange, at an average, minimum and maximum price of €1.495 per share.
Following this transaction, Econocom Group holds 17,189,480 shares, representing 10.56% of the total 162,759,902 shares issued by the company. This share buyback strategy is systematically communicated in the dedicated section of their website.
