Econocom Group Concludes Treasury Shares Buybacks

Econocom Group SE recently executed a series of treasury share buybacks as part of a program approved by its shareholders on March 31, 2026. These transactions took place from September 8 to 11, involving the purchase of 533,000 shares. On September 8, 133,000 shares were bought at an average price of €1.4983. Subsequently, on September 10, 200,000 shares were acquired at €1.4850, followed by another 200,000 shares on September 11 at €1.4800.
