Econocom Group is continuing its share buyback program

On September 7, 2026, Econocom Group SE announced the acquisition of 150,000 of its own shares on the stock exchange at a price of €1.53 per share. This transaction is part of the share buyback program authorized by the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders in March 2026. As of that date, Econocom Group held 17,939,480 of its shares, representing 11.02% of the total shares issued by the company, or 162,759,902 shares in total.
