Econocom Group Repayment Schedule

On March 31, 2025, the Econocom Group Extraordinary General Meeting approved a share premium reimbursement of €0.10 per share. This reimbursement is treated as paid-up capital. The process will proceed according to the established schedule. The ex-date is set at June 30, 2025, allowing shareholders to claim the funds. The record date is scheduled for July 1, 2025. Payment will be made as of July 2, 2025, by Euroclear Belgium, the designated paying agent. This reimbursement is in accordance with Article 7:209 of the Companies and Associations Code.
