Edenred’s 2026 General Meeting Approves All Resolutions
Edenred held its 2026 General Meeting at Comet Bourse, chaired by Bertrand Dumazy. The quorum was met at 77.90%. All resolutions, including a €1.33 dividend per share for 2025, were approved. Bertrand Dumazy and Bernardo Sanchez Incera's directorships were renewed. Kelly Richdale and Augustin de Romanet's positions were ratified.
The Board has 11 members, with 44.4% women and 88.9% independent directors. The Audit Committee sees Sanchez Incera as Chairman, with Richdale joining as a member. Philippe Vallée chairs the Commitments Committee. Edenred's Amplify25-28 plan aims to grow through client acquisition and service enhancement.
In 2025, Edenred saw a 6.2% organic growth, with €2.7 billion in revenue. Its net debt decreased by 31% to €1.2 billion. Edenred's ESG performance was recognized with an "A" rating from the CDP.
