Edisun Power: Capital increase of CHF 440 million

On September 2, 2026, Edisun Power Europe AG completed a capital increase of approximately CHF 440 million. This transaction resulted in the issuance of 2,016,943 new registered shares at a price of CHF 218.05 per share. As a result, the equity ratio has reached over 67%, and the total balance sheet now stands at CHF 780 million, or US$1 billion.

The capital increase was approved at the general meeting on May 29, 2026. The company's share capital thus increased from CHF 34,407,930 to CHF 94,916,220. This initiative is part of the acquisition of the business activities of SMARTENERGY Group AG.

The listing of the new shares is planned for the fourth quarter of 2026. Until their listing, they will be held in a blocked depository, in accordance with the standards of SIX Swiss Exchange AG.
