Edisun Power shareholders approve board proposals
The Annual General Meeting of Edisun Power Europe AG was held on May 2, 2025. The shareholders present approved all of the Board of Directors' proposals by a large majority. A total of 65 shareholders, representing 77.32% of the voting share capital, took part in the meeting.
The board members, including Horst H. Mahmoudi and Fulvio Micheletti, were re-elected for a further one-year term. No dividend distribution was decided for this year.
The Board of Directors expressed its gratitude to shareholders for their continued support. The meeting documents are available on the Group's website. The next General Meeting is scheduled for April 30, 2026, in Zurich.
