EBITDA climbed to €0.33 million, while net income amounted to €0.17 million, a significant improvement compared to €0.03 million in 2024. This performance confirms the strength of the company's model and development strategy, with a focus on organic growth and targeted acquisitions.
The year saw the expansion of the Healthcare division with the acquisition of Phosphoria and the majority stake acquisition in Digital Business School. Eduform'Action is positioned across four strategic verticals: Healthcare, Housing & Renovation, Management & Workplace Safety, and Digital & Tech. The reduction of debt to €1.74 million and cash reserves of €4.07 million demonstrate its strengthened financial health.
Eduform'Action aims for a transfer to Euronext Growth to facilitate its expansion, supporting its ambition to be a major player in the training of healthcare professionals by 2028.
