Eiffage Secures €50.8 Million Contract for Bordeaux University Hospital Project
Eiffage, via its subsidiary Eiffage Construction, has been awarded the design-build contract for the Institute of Biology and Pathology at Bordeaux University Hospital in Pessac. The deal, worth €50.8 million, sees Eiffage leading a consortium that includes Celnikier & Grabli Architectes, TLR Architecture, MC Paysages, and several technical consultants.
The project spans 16,460 m² and aims to connect key hospital areas. It will feature laboratories, offices, and storage around a central patio. Designed with BIM, the building focuses on environmental performance using low-carbon concrete and biosourced materials.
The project is currently in the design phase, with construction scheduled to start in September 2025 and completion expected by 2028.
